We understand that no two rep firms are alike when it comes to their needs, so we work with you individually. Territories, climates and cultures can differ markedly in different parts of the country, so we avoid "one size fits all" solutions and ways of doing business.

Executive commitment

BCI Burke's owners – Tim Ahern and Mark Sondergard – are both actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business, and they have a deep and unwavering commitment to the success and profitability of our reps. They understand that when you do well, we do well. Tim, who is CEO, has a solid background in sales and sales management, so he knows the challenges reps face. And Mark, who is President/COO, understands that a healthy manufacturer/rep relationship depends on the financial health of everybody involved.

Training

We put a lot of work in our training program, which is set up to provide you a great deal of flexibility. You can train in our home offices in Fond du Lac, in your offices, or through Internet-based conferencing, depending on the size of your firm and your specific needs. You'll also have our comprehensive Rep Procedure Manual for easy reference.
